Maximize your impact.
If you have a genuine love for youth and the outdoors and are looking for an exciting and valuable opportunity to serve the Lord, then Beaver Camp is for you! We are looking for staff members who are committed to growing and maturing in their own faith and nurturing others to faith in the kingdom of God.
At Beaver Camp we emphasize Camper-based Counseling, which requires investing a lot of time in camper-counselor relationships. If you are committed to this emphasis, it will be a life-changing experience for you and your campers. We suggest that you consider just how important your role will be and how much time you will be asked to invest in campers before you apply. You will have very limited personal time.
