Not only is your participation in the Auction a great way to support the ministry of Beaver Camp--it is full of fun and great food! Get your three square meals (and then some) at the Auction. At our Friday evening Preview, enjoy a Pulled Pork With All the Fixin's meal provided by the AMCA Board of Directors. On Saturday, start off with a traditional North Country Sausage & Pancakes breakfast topped with real Lewis County maple syrup, then stick around for a BBQ Chicken & Pork dinner at lunchtime. Round out your eating experience with home-baked pies and delicious ice cream.
